Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within Germany and to selected EU countries (France, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Poland).
For deliveries to non-EU countries, additional customs fees, taxes and duties may apply, which are to be borne by the buyer.
How long does it take for my order to arrive?
🇩🇪 Germany: Delivery time is usually 2-3 working days .
🇪🇺 EU countries: Delivery time is usually 3-7 working days
(unless otherwise stated in the product description).
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number .
Can I return or exchange my order?
Yes! You have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods in accordance with our cancellation policy .

Conditions:
- The item must be unused and in its original packaging .
- You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
- A refund will be issued once the items have been received back by us.
